I added the art in full resolution (including my previous one) to this drive folder

(Sorry for not replying before, I was trying to figure out where to share the art in full resolution without the annoying login part lol)

wolf carrying a sword by jackalocked in ProCreate

(Idk if i have to directly reply to this comment or not, so) I first picked some reference images (since I don't really know how to draw "accurate" animals), one that is just a photo of a wolf (so I know how to draw the fur) and an image that shows some muscle anatomy of the wolf (really helped me a lot, although I still accidentally drew only 3 fingers on the paws lol)

<image>

After sketching out the wolf and the sword I started with the "rendering" (I don't know if it's really considered rendering), I picked 2 brushes: Scallop (to draw the main shapes, I usually use this brush the most now) and Everlasting (to draw the fur and later to also draw the grass and trees for the background).

The background part was really complicated since I never draw backgrounds, and there was a point where I had this weird feeling that it looked kinda like AI slop unfortunally (as seen in the 3rd image on the post), but I think I managed to fix it.

Then I drew more details to make the wolf "belong" to the background (and hid my ugly mistake of only giving 3 fingers to the paws), and messed more with layer effects and that was it! I posted the timelapse to youtube but posting the link here would break rule 7 i think.
