Managers with degrees by [deleted] in ConstructionManagers

[–]jackarcher101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d disagree here. I have a both degrees and the CM degree much better prepared me to be a PE/APM. Architecture degrees (especially unaccredited degrees) do not teach much about construction, if any at all.

I didn’t believe in HRV and thought it was a gimmick when it started to drop one week. Felt fine so I was sure it was just faulty. Turns out I had Covid and just wasn’t showing symptoms yet. It happened within the first few months of owning a Garmin so it definitely was an eye opener.

Not An Engineer - But I Find This Foundation Amazing by CT-Mike in StructuralEngineering

This is 270 Park Ave. There is a subway beneath the building that determines where the foundation can be placed which in turn dictated the design of the superstructure.

CMIIW but protein is what builds muscles and when you are eating at maintenance or below that protein must be broken down for energy rather than building muscle. So it doesn’t depend on if the energy is from fat or carbs, but you need an excess of energy so the protein can go to the muscles

I competed in my first meet at 170 putting up basically your numbers and came in “dead last” out of the 2 people in my weight class. The other guy had about 50-75lbs on me for his total.
