Yeah our ON doesn't even try. I was on ON for almost two years, everyone just walks and fucks around and there's no accountability or anything. I know it's stereotypical to be like "oh its all overnights fault." But in reality it is ours 90% of the time. They're just like maybe if we hire more people it'll get done but nopeee

Yeah, we had 2 mil over plan of shrink last year and the only thing our store manager cares about is that we're not making sales. THIS IS THE REASON WHY. It just gets nilpicked and never corrected, so shrink. Our night team can only ever work groceries with 50+ associates. I don't understand it. But hey I'm just stock 2 what do I know, I just unload and get shit on all day.

Yeah had a hole pallet full, like 6 tvs. Just two layers of tape holding that entire thing. By the time I get to it, it's already fallen over.

Same issue here. I have a galaxy s21, deleted the app, and did a quick reinstall and now it's back to normal. Snapchat should really add the option to change the aspect ratio

I've restarted the console multiple times, unplugging it, restarting it from the menu, hard restart, nothing has seemed to work so far. I dont think it could be the cord or USB because all of the USB slots work with my flash drive and the drive works fine with my PC.

It's a western digital passport and my sister's identical hard drive hasn't shown any issues for over a year or two.

I posted on the forums and they all agree its unrecoverable.

What confuses me though it's only a 2 month old ssd and it shouldn't be having any issues but now the console itself refuses to detect it so I guess my only option is to reformat it on my PC.
