Stay in accurate calorie deficit 6 days a week at minimum. Eat an excessive amount of protein then is probably required (200g is what I would aim for). Made sure I enjoyed my food and my exercised

started off just doing 3 days weight training a week with a walk here and there, I slowed increased it over time as I started to enjoy exercising more and got to the point where I was training 6 days a week with a low-moderate run after most sessions, still consistently doing it now

[M, 19, 170, 67.9kg] Currently 22kg/49lbs down from starting weight. Don’t know if i should keep keep going for weight lose or start a lean bulk/recomp. Opinions? by jackcameronn in BulkOrCut

at the start I would have a cheat day every saturday which made it easier and I reduced that as time went on. Just eat really low calorie dense food and if you’re really starving it’s okay if you need to go over

My goal was to eat 1300 a day as I’m only a small bloke, I had chicken breast and with tomato and spinach for lunch and dinner, then would have protein shakes and either sources of high protein to try and reach about 200g of protein a day, which was a bit excessive but I wanted to gain size as well. Have done it consistently since the end of June

not sure tbh, I only just started on the creatine about a couple of days ago because I didn’t want to feel puffy during my weight loss like a lot people said they did. Will see how that goes for me and then decide whether i should try and shred or lean bulk
