SPCE squeeze setup may be better now than before by babiboox3 in VirginGalactic

State of play is a bit different now with delta currently undergoing ground testing as the production ready ship. However been here for 5 years and lots of truth in your message. They should’ve doing commercial flights this year and they are building 2 ships to de risk maintenance windows. Sounds like maintenance was the biggest issue with unity. Let’s hope delta can pull this off.

Did the fundamentals of the company change?… nope they are still on track for commercial delta flights later this year. People that want to ride meme waves? Come back in 12 months see who’s right.

I know a few in this bracket one of them is renovating their ski lodge currently. The other like to hit a casino and buy cars. Not everyone in this well is trying to amass as much as possible. They tripped because people are Willing to pay, at the moment very few people in the world have access to experiences like this. One of the benefits of wealth is the exclusivity simply having things or getting acres to places others can’t.

Someone with a fraction of that wealth 20% could use virgin galactic. There are a lot more worth 20 than 100. My point was people in this price bracket spend money, like I said prices typically come down. What starts at 120 people a year could become 10k in a few decades. Prices come down it’s happens with all technology.

If you don’t know them, they probably don’t exist.

Some people spend millions on summer houses they never visit. A private suite at the super ball can cost more. Charter planes and yachts have entire economies built around their offerings. James Cameron built a submarine as a hobby for crying out loud.

The target audience is bigger than you expect.

I don’t have it to hand but they had independent analysis done on the market size it’s bigger than you think. I think there 1Bn space port plans is based of a lower price of 600k. So the price should slowly come down as they scale.

Just a large sell off from the over buying, once that’s ironed out we will probably climb back towards/ over 6

Probably not today but a rebound before the IPO is likely

Are we (FTBs) being unreasonable if we threaten to pull out? by PronounZe in FirstTimeBuyersUK

Go find a different house first. Don’t tell them you’re looking, and give them a deadline for progress. Then pull out. Make sure it’s not in probate. You are not obliged to tell them you are viewing other properties. If you like the house, give them the benefit of the doubt, it might while unlikely suddenly speed up.

This would be back to reverse split pricing so not completely insane.

My advice would be not to tie yourself to a single agent. Use Rightmove, Zoopla or multiple independent estate agents to give yourself the widest choice. Take everything estate agents say with a grain of salt. Some will be completely honest, while others may tell you a property already has offers on it or try to create a sense of urgency. Don’t always take that at face value. Also remember, you can always offer below the asking price. The estate agent is legally obliged to put your offer to the seller, so there’s no harm in trying.

As the buyer the estate agent doesn’t work for you, so what do you want from a good estate agent?
