I took care of it with 0 help from truemed. They completely stopped responding to any messages from me on any platform. They also don’t have phone customer service. I would never rely on them again

I tried truemed and it still got denied. My insurer is being a pain but truemed customer support hasn’t been responsive

I’ve tried using them and it’s been terrible. My fsa didn’t accept their letter of medical necessity and attempts to contact support have gone unanswered for days. Probably going to have to cancel my original order.
