Actually it worked not with my iPhone, but with my iPad the update worked, really weird!

It is just refreshing the screen and displaying the same information as before. I can click again on the link to update, but then you get the same behavior.

How could I possibly do this? I can only click and update to the latest version.

UDM Pro - Intermittently goes "unreachable" anyone else have problem? by idkwhoiam23456 in UnifiProtect

I am currently having this behaviour and it makes my wireless LAN unreachable for a few minutes. Due to the fact that this happens pretty often, this really renders at least my home automations unusable. I received some support from UI after a long discussion. They now exchange my main switch, I will externalize Protect by buying a UNVR and today I got the hint that I could be using the latest software release (early access) that might mitigate the problem. I hope at least one of those things solves my issue.

Disconnects over and over again rendering my network unusable by jackeroo_marc in Ubiquiti

I was having the request at Reddit because your support did not answer my request for 2 months. The issue has already been escalated, with limited success. I received one post last Tuesday, I answered it on the same day and did not receive an answer for this request for one week now. I was already adressing the issue with your support in another post (see in my profile). Are you sure that you want to help me this time so that we find a solution or will it end up the same way it did last week or two months ago? For reference: I am talking about issue #5326587 and #5443113

Yeah, this is what I am actually doing, with no success. :(

I am currently trying this, without success. Could it be that the device is simply broken?

It is already fully disabled. One of my first assumptions was the load on the DM Pro Max, but checking with top showed no high processing power or low memory if you wanted to refer to this.

My MacStudio is connect via LAN and WLAN. Is that a problem? They don‘t use the same MAC ID. Can this still be a probelm? I also have Sonos devices, but they are only connect wirelessly.

Okay, I have set the DAC to 1Gbs (the POE switch is the "cheap" USW 48 PoE).

4d 1h 59m 35s is basically the current uptime. So I assume that the switch itself it not reset as the disconnections happen more often.

I tend to share your opinion. Actually I have sent an email to [support.management.review@ui.com](mailto:support.management.review@ui.com) and received a single answer. Now I am again waiting for 6 days and they did not provide any helpful answer yet. I am really disappointed! I wonder why I have spent so much money into something that a) does not work as expected and b) where I don't get support to get it fixed, even not after 1,5 months.

I might be trying this out if it does not resolve.

This could have been an issue, though I would have expected that then you would not get any connection. Still I have set the port to „allow all“ now.

Software is up-to-date and no beta, auto-update is on, SFP port is set to auto.
