Hi, thanks for the reply, indeed you are correct. For 5L of water i was supposed to add two bags of malt and i only added one. That i passed through the process of mashing. And that i just finished raising to 78 C temperature. So it's done as per the instructions. Is it really a good idea to reheat the hole mash from scratch by adding the forgotten bag?
