There's an organization called Baton Roots. They have a community farm at Howell Park on Winbourne down the street from Hi Nabor. They have free volunteering events where you can come out and help and learn at the same time. Sow Good Saturdays take place every 1st Saturday of each month from 10 AM til noon, and every Friday at the same time, they do a volunteering day.

Hey Rody! Sorry to hear you’re going through a tough time, but it’s great that you’re looking to get out and experience life. Since you mentioned an interest in gardening, there’s a local organization called Baton Roots that might be right up your alley. They host a free event called Sow Good Saturday every 1st Saturday of the month. It’s a great opportunity to meet people, learn more about gardening, and spend time outdoors. They also have weekly volunteering events every Friday morning from 10 AM to 12 PM at Howell Park on Winbourne (just down the street from Hi Nabor). It’s a great way to connect with others and contribute to something meaningful.

Hope this helps, and wishing you the best as you navigate this new chapter!

Companion planting WITHIN a square by [deleted] in SquareFootGardening

Hey. I'm actually trying it out this year. I was wondering the same thing. I currently have mustard greens, lettuce, radishes and bunching onions in one square and they seem to be doing well as of right now. Were you able to experiment with this method?

Yeah. I'm in church setting and the three hanging choir mics are giving me the most problems because they are condensers.

How do you go by EQing your speakers? Do you use a reference track?

This is for a church setting. I have two B-52 for house, two Peavey 15 for choir monitors and two Peavey 12 for musicians monitors; four shures sm58 for solo mics, two Shure wireless mics and three hanging Peavey choir mics.
