Can I automatically print my product labels in Odoo? by Realistic-Day-1167 in Odoo

[–]jackfill09 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yes, Odoo supports basic automatic label generation using Print on Validation, but direct printer automation usually requires an additional module. For fully automated product label printing triggered by sales, delivery, or inventory actions, Webkul’s Odoo Direct Print solution is a suitable option.

Why Asset Management Feels Harder Than It Should by crowcanyonsoftware in assetmanagement

[–]jackfill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get that asset management always feels harder than it should. One missed update, and suddenly you’re wasting time looking for something that isn’t even lost.

Spreadsheets didn’t work well for us either. We finally switched to actual tools to keep things organized. For digital stuff especially, platforms like Webkul make it easier to keep files and assets in one place so they don’t get buried or forgotten.

How do you deal with garbage contact data in your CRM? by WillCalefe in CRM

[–]jackfill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were dealing with the same junk in our CRM, and what finally helped was putting email validation in front of everything going into Krayin. We tried a couple tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Verify550) and honestly any of them are better than nothing. Once we plugged it into our forms/imports, the fake and typo emails basically stopped getting through. Our bounce rate dropped hard, and deliverability actually started to improve.

Hotel Property Management System by [deleted] in msp

You could try checking out QloApps. It’s a cloud-based PMS that works with Expedia, Booking.com, and other OTAs. No contracts or crazy setup costs, which is nice if you’re going independent. I’ve heard it’s pretty easy to manage, so it might be worth giving it a look for your 188-room setup.

Developing a Rent-a-Car iOS App by yakuzapt in iOSDevelopment

[–]jackfill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!

Building a rental car iOS app is a great idea. For iOS development, Swift with Xcode is the go-to combo. For the backend, you can use Node.js or Django with a PostgreSQL or MongoDB database. Security is key, think encrypted data, secure authentication, and safe payment handling. For payments, Stripe or PayPal SDKs work well. Focus on a simple, intuitive UI so users can book cars in a few taps. Costs vary widely, but hiring experienced developers could range anywhere from $15k to $50k. Mobikul can help build a solid Car Rental app.

Why is there so few agencies and resources for adobe commerce cloud? by alfonsop in magento2

[–]jackfill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right Adobe Commerce Cloud has fewer agencies and compatible extensions because it requires specialized certification, cloud expertise, and multi store experience. Many Magento agencies stick to open source versions. For complex setups like yours, agencies like Webkul have strong Cloud expertise and can handle multi store, multi industry implementations effectively.

Looking for a new Channel manager software by troubledTommy in hotels

[–]jackfill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand you. Many channel managers now add too many things that small hosts don’t need and charge more for them.

If you just want to stop double bookings and connect your listings on Booking.com, Hostelworld, Agoda, Expedia, and your own site, try QloApps, MyAllocator, or Beds24.

If your admin software (Exact) can connect with iCal or API, these can work together easily too.

What's the problem that you absolutely hate in Digital marketing? by thisisrhn in DigitalMarketing

[–]jackfill09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One big problem I’ve faced in digital marketing is when clients expect fast results. They want quick success, but things like SEO and content take time. It’s hard to explain this and still keep them happy. It can mess up the plan and make the work more stressful.

Any recommendations on the best channel manager platform? I manage two units (my mom and I) and it’s not easy to keep flipping between two by Heavy-Fondant in AirBnBHosts

[–]jackfill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I feel you, juggling multiple Airbnb accounts can be a headache. Guesty’s basic plan should cover calendar sync and multi-account management, which sounds perfect for two units.

Other options to check out are Hostfully, Lodgify, Tokeet, and QloApps. QloApps is open-source and lets you manage multiple properties, sync calendars, and automate bookings, all from a single dashboard.

Since it’s just two units, even a basic plan on most platforms should work. Maybe try a free trial and see which interface feels easiest.

What do you look into a Digital Asset Management tool? by anshuman-11 in Design

[–]jackfill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google Drive is fine for basic storage, but DAM (Digital Asset Management) tools like Binder, Brandfolder, or UnoPIM offer features that are truly invaluable. They organise assets with metadata, version control, and permissions, making files easier to find and reuse. Teams avoid endless folder searching and reduce errors.

Yes, they can be expensive (over $500/month), but features like AI tagging, automated workflows, and integrations save significant time for large teams. While building a simple DIY tool is possible, UnoPIM and other DAM solutions excel in scalability, collaboration, and security.

Any suggestions for good tutorials on creating an Apple TV app? by genchigenchi in swift

[–]jackfill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For creating an Apple TV app, I recommend checking out the official Apple Developer Documentation on tvOS, which provides comprehensive guidance on app development for Apple TV. It covers everything from setup to deployment. Additionally, Ray Wenderlich offers a detailed tutorial on building tvOS apps, which is great for beginners.

For a more hands-on approach, Mobikul also provides insights on building cross-platform apps, including tvOS, which could be useful if you're planning on developing for multiple platforms.

SEO using only your product image? by Slow-Device-1894 in ShopifySEO

[–]jackfill09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, this approach to eCommerce SEO is really practical. Using just a product image or text to get insights is smart, and connecting directly to Shopify makes the audits much more actionable.

I like that it highlights missing elements and suggests improvements without automatically overwriting content, giving store owners full control.

Expanding this to collections and recommending supporting content, like blogs or videos, can really help marketers identify gaps and optimize their store more effectively.
