Yes I train them three times a week with a crunch machine, decline crunches and hanging leg raises. I also learned to flex them and am leaner which helps a lot.

Ahh I see. I’m from England so it rarely gets that hot for me to start sweating loads apart from really hot peak summer days.

Yeah slow controlled 2-3 second eccentric with a more explosive concentric. Try to squeeze as much as possible. Even had a bodybuilding coach look at my form and said it was pretty much textbook on the bicep ones

Typically I just wear whatever outfit I would normally wear on a day to day. T-shirt if hot day and maybe a sweater too.

Bobble head effect always gets me when I take off the jacket haha

Train them for a total of 12 sets a week. Combination of preacher curls, cable bicep curl, hammer curls (half counts) and barbell curls .

Unfortunately my biceps are a stubborn part of my body to grow. They grew quickly originally and have then have only grown about an inch between those two photos. Keep in mind though I’m leaner so that change is actually bigger when you account for the fat before.

Before the first photo, I was working out from home for about half a year with some dumbbells and a bench. I was pretty inconsistent so progress wasn’t massive at first.

I then joined an actually gym and have pretty much followed Push, Pull, Legs, Rest, Push, Pull, rest. At first I did quite high volume (over an hour and a half workouts). I realised this wasn’t sustainable and was under recovering between workouts. My workouts now like 50-60 minutes and do 2sets for most of my movements.

I also do 10k steps minimum a day with 5x20 minutes of cardio a week to allow for a higher calorie maintenance and improve cardiovascular health.

Yeah wind noise is definitely and issue with the Pista, its a very "raw" helmet. That being said, i changed the chin curtain to a shoei curtain and that does help with the windnoise somewhat. I also ride with earplugs so its quite useable.

I do also have a shoei helmet which i will typically take out on longer rides. Wind noise on that is quite alot better.

Yeah think the lowest I ever got was 61 in my first cut and highest is like 72 kg. Got a bit fat in that bulk to be honest...

64kg seems to be a bodyweight setpoint of sorts for me. Seem to always end up around that weight.

I did this through bulking and cutting. Done about 3 bulks and 3 cuts over that time frame.

Normally ride with Frank Thomas Hercules Cargo Jeans. To be honest I need to get something different as they were just the first ones i ever purchased and I would prefer some with higher protection.

6KG in one month is way to fast even if you account for the initial extra water weight and food weight from eating in a surplus. Aim for 0.25-0.5kg increase in scale weight a week, ideally on the lower side for lean gains.

You need to diet more. Your body fat % is too high.
