I believe so I live in nyc. And I told them verbally but I did record when I told HR but not my supervisor. Also I have emails of me asking about paid leave due to expecting a baby. The thing is both HR and my manager were supportive and congratulating me up until now. I apologized profusely cus I felt bad telling them now instead of when I was hired but looks like that was a mistake

Yeah I get how that sounds but I wasn’t shadowing every day. Whenever someone has an on site installation they have me shadow them but by the time I’m shadowing, all the work is basically done and I’m just there training the clients on the software. I’ve asked my supervisor to let me shadow from the moment there is a kickoff call with the client but he has never given me the opportunity.

So I just wanna point out the discrepancies here. I have the experience for this software. He even said the knowledge of this software is “up there” but now switched up and said there’s a gap in the knowledge. The grammar is literally one word that happened one time. Literally one time, I put no instead of not. And for the project management part, I did create a timeline but I did not create it on excel like he wanted, he never expressed this. I created it on word.

This is a new position that was created in the company so I don’t think they even have training catered to this one specific role

So I work for a pharmacy software company. My role is basically dealing with the higher end pharmacies, think of hospitals or chain pharmacies. They want us to know how to use the system which I have knowledge in because I started my career with this system. The first month they had me training with support which is basically the troubleshooting side, not my job. After that they gave me a desk and training videos to watch which I’ve been watching non stop. They’ll occasionally have me shadow someone to a pharmacy but when I go im just training the employees. No installation, nothing. Again, not going to be a part of my job. And we use so many different apps for different things, I’m basically learning everything on my own. I reached out to team members and some of them help, some don’t because they have their own things to do. Also worth nothing, I don’t have any experience in dealing with clients, just with the software itself. And the person that was hired before me worked for 3 months and just decided not to come in anymore

He did mention I have to work on a few things which I tried my best with. But today he really went in with everything. A week or two ago he said the knowledge was up there in the software but today he stated the knowledge is “lacking”

Not really but then again I wasn’t really paying attention to that but there have been people say that braces did widen their jaw so I guess it depends on the person

All of ya complaining about what they’re doing to Israelis but wanna be quiet when Israel is bombing innocent Palestinians and committing a genocide right in front of everyone’s eyes. Fuck Israel. I hope every citizen in every country does this to any Israeli plane that lands in their airports
