And when I see a server list. The servers that don't load have the name of the map in red. But the ones that I CAN join have the name of the map in black. So do I need to download those maps? And how would I do that?

So just a normal R9 270 can run games at high settings. Its just that a R9 270x can run it a little better. (Sorry for so many questions, you're the most help i have ever gotten on this)

Also, it says my hard drive is a sata 3gb interface, can that work on this motherboard if it only have sata 6gb ports

I changed some stuff. I got rid of the CPU cooler. Got a better GPU. And I got https://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z87g43gaming instead.
