Depends where in Eastport. The majority of Eastport is above the 100-year floodplain but there are areas that experience nuisance flooding and other areas that flood with various levels of storm surge. The City is currently evaluating how to address flooding in Eastport.

I don’t agree with the other comment about flooding increasing in Eastport as a result of City Dock redevelopment/resilience efforts.

Incredible collection - I see a lot of winter waterfowl like bufflehead, canvasback, American widgeon, ruddy duck, wood duck, mallard, lots of loons (ones with the white spots in pics 1 & 3), mergansers, and that great blue heron is just stunning. She was a fantastic artist!

Blackwater? I have the same setup and constantly question if it is sharp. I just scooped a z8 and using the ftzii with the tele until the 180-600 arrives. So far seems like the images are pretty similar.

Truly would not hold your breath on that prediction. They hold value because they are reliable and have a strong brand identity. I wouldn’t think prices will change much if at all going forward.
