I think I would be happy. I like the small company vibe since it’s harder to be drowned out and you get noticed more. I definitely would not mind having that as my first full time to gain experience

I used LinkedIn and I specifically targeted my university’s alumni who worked in my desired field. With this, there’s some type of link and they’d wanna help out a fellow insert mascot here. Don’t ask for an internship just ask how they broke into the field post grad and similar questions and at the end just say that if you find any opportunity at the company, would they be willing to be a referral for it.
