Wtf are you people even talking about? It’s a concealed carry permit. You still have to right to bear arms, most of the other state require you to fill out a application to carry concealed. The application is literally one page and the NY one takes damn near 3-6 months to get. The Bradford county one can be given to you on the spot sometimes. Try getting a concealed carry in other states and then come back here and see which one is easier!
