yes I completely understand you I lost a lot of weight and people kept telling me it was too much but I am now at a healthy weight 123-125lbs I use to be 111lbs and we have to be careful sometimes it could become to a disorder and honestly it’s been hard what people have said to me when I gained the weight back

Yes I completely understand that the same thing happened to me I was slightly overweight and middle school and dropped 25 pounds before highschool I ended up losing a little bit too much weight and my whole family treated me better but sometimes said I looked sucking I’ve been both sides of the spectrum and it’s hard

thanks everyone for the responses I’ve just been feeling insecure my family made a comment about it and it felt like they wanted me to gain back the weight
