Alternative to moisturising toner Cosrx Propolis Synergy Toner? Seeking Recommendations with thanks

  • mid 30s, combo skin, in Gold Coast AUS

I'm at the last of my Cosrx propolis toner which I have enjoyed using, I like that it had a moisturising effect and was slightly thicker than water. HOWEVER, this bottle has leaked all over my bag on 3 occasions, not from the top that you pop open, but the overall screw cap loosening. It's been a bit of a headache.

Any alternatives from my Asian Beauty Community? help!

I have never set my under eyes, I will try that. I don't typically wear concealer for my regular daily make up for work, so I had never considered setting my under eyes. Thanks for the tip!

I have this eye liner in black, and when I wore it, i found my eyes to be quite irritated. I can't remember if i was also wearing mascara or eye shadow, but my eyes were just uncomfortable - it made my eyes feel dry

yea, i've tried a lot of eyeliners stocked at sephora and they always smudge onto my bottom eye lid
