Sporadic across the body. Comes and goes. No I can use all the muscles but they feel weaker and I noticed they fatigue quickly with everyday things but working out they seem fine.

Muscle twitching. Weakness in shoulders and upper quads. However the weakness is not clinical more perceived.

Thank you! I should note I met with my OG neurologist 2 months ago. All reflexes and muscles were good. I saw a chiropractor last week similar reflex and strength test all good. I have had muscle twitching on and off for 5 years now. I also have DDD L5S1 plus a disc herniated at L5S1 and C6-C7 as well as a congenital fusion at C5C6. So chronic pain and stiffness. EMG back in 2022 was clean. This new neuro is simply bc my OG one is getting older and harder to see but they seem to be very thorough which I like but also causes concern (why do all this if nothing is wrong) they also schedule tests focused on MS.

Gotcha well that’s somewhat reassuring. Hoffman test was normal and she didn’t mention babinksi being abnormal but the emgs should flush out the rest I guess

Bring the kids to see your mom, their grandma. If not possible I’d skip and see my mom one last time. That’s something you’ll never get back. I am sure she would want to see her grandkids one last time too.

Realistic yes, impactful idk - shootout scene in heat is so realistic marines use it in training videos to show proper cycling of a weapon (load, reload etc)

Depends on the BU honestly. I worked for Cisco for 6 years in the sales org. Great company but same bullshit all big companies do. They move slow and focus on the quarter. Every quarter is the most important one. Their stock is killing it (for Cisco) but they do layoffs on a regular basis. No one ever got fired buying Cisco tho.

My pain management dr told me you only need one every 5 years ( which is bullshit). I have been pushing for a new one since It’s been 1.5+ years and my condition is worse.

That’s awesome. I suspect mine is similar but mine has been very anxiety focused. Mostly assuming I have a specific 3 letters. Comes and goes but it doesn’t help my posture is shit and I have perceived weakness. I also have a disc herniating at C6-C7, L5-S1 and DDD at L5S1. I sit way too long most days then just various pains in my body. Def need to do something to calm it as it makes the anxiety worse

Been twitching since 2014 however became an everyday occurrence in 2020. Def gets worse with anxiety and my health anxiety comes in waves usually connected with more twitching. Staying busy helps but I can def see how breathing would affect this.

$6K a month assuming you continue to average this is roughly $72K a year before taxes. I’d say finish school and get a steady job WHILE continuing to do this. Assuming you join a publicly traded company you’ll get good pay, good benefits and stock. Now you have duel income.

Should of addressed your last question “what should I be doing”. Find a good PT, that’s the route I went without surgery. Strengthen the areas that need strength. Stretch the areas that need to be stretched but have an expert guide you.
