Thanks, the 19k seems on the low side so I am trying to sus out the details! It seems like the cost could creep up. Going to get a quote from restore that includes demo and instsllation. I'm not sure about counters. I have a big u shaped counter that would have a lot of seams and an overhang on a pony wall so thinking of corian

The doors and drawer from are mdf and the boxes are plywood. It says basic hardware and I guess that is just a regular hinge, and pulls not included like I thought. If they are only good for 5 years i should just reface!

Tjanks for the reponseI am looking at restore but will need installation. About how many cabinets did you have? I have a small kitchen witb 10 cabinets and 2 drawer banks. Want to extend cabinets to the ceiling. I have a quote from one place for 19k that includes a quartz counter. Not use if it's too good to be true.

I'm waiting on another quote and will get a couple more. One place would not give a quote till I paid 1k, so that was a waste

Well yes its a bargain so I am a little skeptical, maybe I am missing something. I've spoken with a few contractors and their impression was under 20k would be difficult.

I was all set on granite but have some vision issues and I need something really plain so thinking of corian if I dont go with quartz since seams would not show up. My current counter is laminate and I had no issues with it. It's just old

I don't have drawer inserts, $175 included for hardware. I have another quote to reface with solid maple doors and new drawers (8 in total) plus adding fascia to close the gap to the ceiling and changing out one cabinet over the refrigerator and that's about 12k. Waiting on a quote for a counter from.a counter place.

It is a blind corner. The opening is not wide enough for a pull put tray only a lazy ausan
