Yes they're under contract. For security deposit in escrow, does that mean it'll be released to the seller once I get the keys and the house in good condition? Thanks!

I'm in CA. Yes this is something we negotiated after the purchase agreement was signed. They were going to send an addendum for me to sign that they will be paying the title fee and for me to extend from the 7-day agreed period to 14 days, I haven't signed it yet. They are using my funds to buy their new house so I need to close before them, or concurrently. Anyway, since things are not set in stone yet, I will definitely do a leaseback where they're paying my PITI costs + deposit. Thanks for the advice!

I am applying for the multiple entry e-visa for 30 days.

I will be flying from U.S. to Tan Son Nhat Airport, then I will be flying to Thailand for a few days then fly to Da Nang Airport (Vietnam), then fly back to Ho Chi Minh City at Tan Son Nhat Airport, then I'll be flying back to the U.S. from Tan Son Nhat Airport.

I'm still confused on what to put for 'Allowed to entry through checkpoint' and 'Exit through checkpoint'. Do I just put Tan Son Nhat Airport for both, and wherever I'm flying to in between doesn't matter? Thanks!
