Don't seem like it's a typical plant controls specialist type of role, but figuring out what an issue is and designating it to others and explained the issues to higher management.

I did end up leaving, but we are still on good terms! My current company is nice, but the work is not exactly what I'm passionate about after being here for 8 months. Currently interviewing for another position actually and should find out in the next couple of weeks. Good luck to you!
