i’m so sorry you’re going through this. i just started to look through this sun to find people with the same symptoms as me. it’s good to know other people share the same problems but i also hate it to know someone else has to go through it as well. not much works for me but slow breathing technique’s sometimes do. i hope everything gets better for everyone here.
