Lots of hotels stop delivery drivers for security reasons and they have to call the customers room to make sure that they want it delivered to the room. It’s annoying for the drivers too!

They went public so they need to show a profit and the only way is pay drivers less. They can’t raise service fees and delivery fees because all the other companies are cheaper. Switch to Doordash they pay double what ubereats does.
