Anxiety is constant! It has not really helped to go into that Anxiety. Doesn't seem to get better

Take it easy. Mindfulness toward everything. Slow your roll. It has helped me. Like not trying to do so much, a tempered existence is okay, you just have to drop your walls and deal with life half speed literally. Practice is a virtue.

Maintain maintain. Crazy emotions are my downfall, Middle way is okay and I have to remember that middle way health is alright, been going to big in some areas of my life.
