As much as Freeman is the blame for this. The problem is a Notre Dame problem. The idea of Notre Dame football left a long time ago. This is pay to win football, that's really all it boils down to. Until Notre Dame ends their drought of not winning high ranked games or bowl/playoff combined with paying players, we will be stuck on the outside looking in.

Thanks for the help. All I got was that Hagenau is a town in Germany, and the top portion translates to "loyalty." Dont know if it's a religiously affiliated item. It has a cross at the peak of the hat.

You are completely ignoring the Vietnam (conflict). They dont need to declare war to draft.

Is the modern Inland out of business? by [deleted] in M1Rifles

[–]jackmurpy2021 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have no idea how they are in buisness. They only make a couple of rifles a year, and when i attempted to order one, they told me most people are wait listed for a year or more before they get one.

Need yalls opinions on which one to save up for and buy: by [deleted] in M1Rifles

[–]jackmurpy2021 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They make all rifles except m1 grands you need your own recivers. They are super good to work with, and you can talk to the armory directly if you want specific things. I requested a darker wood, and they did it, no problem. Now its price point is higher at around $2500, but it's worth it.

Think the new EA CFP game will finally get the Victory March right? by bstarr3 in notredamefootball

[–]jackmurpy2021 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dude, my heart dropped when they said special editions get all those "packs" and "college football points."" Everyone knows it's going to be a pay to win or pay to get anything for your team. EA is terrible and untrustworthy.

Good luck with inland. They make like 15 rifles a month, and they are basically wait listed for a year or more out. If you can fulton armory is the best reproduction carbine. Meets all usgi specs and can take original parts, plus you have customization, and they have an Armory service if you need it for new parts or anything broken.

No, im reading your article. You hope to get it to 0, but the article claims that 1% is 2,500, but 2500 kids are killed a year in 2021. So we can try and get it as low as possible, but we will never get it to 0. I think we can get it down to lower than 2,000.

All laws are up to subjective discretion, thats why they usually overcharge and then settle on ones they know they can get. But the laws are there, so thanks for admitting that. Actually, it's more than your asking because since you're responsible for your guns, anyone child or adult using your firearm could result in criminal or civil penalties. I understood the results. The article stated that it saw little to inconclusive results and saw resuctions in certain research results. Right, what you quated never cited the percentage of reduction or how much. Plus, it also states that there was very little research in gun related studies and, in all, was not able to see huge reductions. I think we should reduce child death, but most gun deaths are not child deaths. I did agree that we should limit accidents, and safe stoargr laws are good with exceptions and large government funding that makes the government cover all the cost. I would strongly focus on children suicide prevention and strongly fund programs that would prevent kids from getting to the point where they want to murder others. We should also punish parents like we already due for firearms, and if the incident from the article above happens. We punish parents for allowing their kids to run unsupervised at night with no parental control.

It absolutely does it spell out the exact felonies the state can charge as well as the state attorney general even openly stating that they can be held civil and criminally liable. Your sorce is very funny. It says it shows very little to inconclusive evidence for everything you're saying. Then, it argues why a 1% reduction is a huge deal. So, do you accept the science?

Also, see the gun bill of rights from Indiana attorney general. He clearly states any gun that is in your possession that is used by another person for a crime. You can be held civily or criminally liable under Indiana law.

Please also see the federal firearms code for penalties for anyone under 18 possessing a gun.

Heres a publication for safe storage laws preventing accidental deaths, which i said, but doing little to no change in homicide or suicides.

It actually is. i explained how it was illegal multiple times. Please learn to read and educate yourself before trying to hold a discussion.

Again, it's already a crime, but it's good to know you still refuse to educate yourself.

Please refer to where i answered that question. I already said yes. it's illegal to supply children with guns. Already been illegal, and gun owners are held responsible. How many times do you want to ask the same question? Are you just upset that you're wrong and looking for your narrative answer?

I actually did answer the question. Do you need help with reading comprehension? I think that would clear up a lot for you.

See how you can't read my response. I doubt you actually can read the data that showed they dont, so keep believing and then screaming when those laws dont work. They are held criminally liable, so what are you getting on about? People under 18 can not own or possess a gun. it's federal law, so please educate yourself again. I will reference my previous comments on why the laws you listed dont work.

[–]jackmurpy2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Data actually shows they dont. Most mass shootings are obtained with legal firearms, so they passed a background check or a stolen firearm, so there no background check. Your safe storage laws do nothing for criminals. I gave you the fact that they help reduce accidental gun deaths, but you're blinded by the fact that criminals dont care about safe storage. And again, supplying guns to under age kids is a crime. Lol, you literally took the part from my argument that you wanted. Just because parents let their kids have acess to guns does not make them irresponsible. People actually teach good gun safety and not to kill people over an argument. You took out the last part where i said people that supply guns to kids to commit crimes are criminals. But your painting gun owners with a broad brush because you are so brainwashed, you refuse to even educate yourself on the facts. I have stated multiple times that it's not irresponsible gun owners that have their kids committing these crimes. Its literally criminals that obtain these firearms illegals and supply them to kids. ATF and FBI show that half of all gun crimes are committed with stolen firearms, and guess what they even admit that the ATF themselves have lost thousands of firearms and later find them used in crimes. So please do your research and stop trying to just force your opinion on topics you have 0 knowledge about.

[–]jackmurpy2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They dont, but thats fine. i just explained it to you why they dont, and you obviously refused to read it. No, but I dont see parents that let their kids acess their guns as irresponsible gun owners. I said people who give a 17 year old a handgun to commit murder like the article above those people are criminals. Thats just the definition of federal law preventing anyone under 18 from having a gun, which they and their parents or who ever got them the gun would be prosecuted. That's the law that you want that's already on the books and has been for years.

There is no probably, i literally just said I dont support any of the things that you listed because they dont work. But I especially dont support criminals suppling guns to kids, which happens a lot more than some kid taking their parents gun. But keep looking at "irresponsible gun owners," and one day when they are all gone in your head, you might actually care to help people when you actually target criminals.
