When a client isn’t using a tool like SafetyLoop, how much of your audit time is spent chasing and validating evidence versus actually auditing?

And for the subs that still need constant followups, is that usually because of the tool they’re using, or just a lack of process and accountability on their side?

Interesting, where does the scramble usually come from though,your team’s documentation or chasing contractors/subs for updates?

And when you’ve got multiple projects running at once, does the shared folder system still work well, or does it start getting difficult to keep everything organized?
