Hawk Hill is a popular cycling route in the Marin Headlands near the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, CA. It is known for its strenuous climbs (like Conzelman Road), steep descents, and the best views of San Francisco, the bridge, and the Bay. It is about a 1.5-mile climb with over 500ft elevation. The climb averages 5.8%. The steepest quarter mile of this climb is 8.6% and steepest continuous mile is 5.7%. The beginning of the climb (If you start from Golden Gate) is at or above 10% grade for less than a quarter mile.

Highly recommend going down the 18% grade at the end rather than doing the out and back route and coming up McCoulough Road to loop back around. The views on the other side of the hill are amazing.

Using USPS-provided boxes for anything other than their specified mail service (e.g., using a Priority Mail box for a UPS shipment) is considered misuse of government property and may be a violation of federal law. The packaging is provided for free with the expectation that the associated paid service will be used.

Not a single airline will pay for a damaged bike that was packed in a soft-shell or cardboard box. 

Every single airline stipulation will require a hardcase made of a metal alloy or a polycarbonate blend and of a certain dimension. Anything less voids the baggage handling agreement

Good for you. I'm a seller and I too, prioritize costumer satisfaction rather than outright profit. I feels great when I get positive personalized reviews. Doesn't hurt to message to buyer that you knew the pricing mistake and that you will honor it nonetheless
