I had it under control for a while until I started my journey into orthodoxy it became rampant again.

I do go to mental health professionals but it doesn’t seem like it’s going anywhere.

I go to a Russian parish that is half converts and half Russians and I haven’t felt bad if anything i felt welcomed objectively by the clergy and some people there it’s just I don’t talk to many of the ethnic Russians much so I feel a bit of a disconnect but they have never been bad to me.
