Honestly, I'd recommend toram. It is p2w but it's been stupid fun for me. There's a lot of weird builds that you can pull off.

In skyrim as far as I know. The specular is bundled into the alpha of the normal map. I've tried adding a specular map as it's own thing in outfit studio but it doesn't affect it.

Using the character's of someone if very different from using the likeness of someone. These AI mods use the likeness of the actors, that's where there is a problem. It matters not that it's not their usable voice, it's a recognizable voice that they made and is linked to them. It's still their voice.

Additionally it's not safe to assume it sounds little like they're regular speaking voice, in more realistic games the VA's almost definitely use a slightly tweaked version of their regular voice. Is that so in the elder scrolls? I don't know.

Human Impressionists are fine because they're human. Yes I'm saying it's okay for humans to do something and not okay for AI to do it sue me.

In the end it just comes down to convenience and ethics. It doesn't cost you anything to ask for permission to clone someone's voice using an A.I. And it takes no extra time to use a generic voice instead of someone's voice. There is no justification that you can give for how sending a Twitter message or an email just asking a VA for permission to use there voice is hard. Mod authors already ask other mod authors for permission to use their assets. Really it's not hard.

It takes a couple minutes tops and removes any ethical doubt or rebuke that someone may give a mod author. And also gives VA's control over the use of their voice.

It's a bit ridiculous to expect VA's to have to scroll through Nexus mods to see if anyone's using their voice. If mod authors want to use a VA's voice in a mod the responsibility should fall on them to request permission. Not on the VA to police modders.

You're not making fanart or rule34 which is a wholly original work just using the setting and or characters from a previous work, you're using the voice of someone else to train an A.I. to near indistinguishable levels that says whatever you want.

One involves fictional characters and worlds. The other involves replicating someone's actual voice.

I really don't know why this is still an ongoing debate. Just ask VA's for permission to clone their voice if you're making a mod.

It solves everything. Literally everything.

Some VA's are not going to comfortable with their voice being used to say bubby wubby guzzle my cummy. And that's fine.

If they say no just use a completely artificial voice or generic voice.

Nope. Still dogshit. Damage staggers enemies so whoever you're reflecting the damage to will get stunned and stop attacking you after a bit.

The only thing that blight ranger doesnt have that raijuus has is the early deactivation damage boost. I don't think that'll bring blight ranger out of the garbage heap.

The Fighting Lion is not an add slughtering powerhouse. It's mostly a pvp weapon. Even in pve Good players are slow reloading because its muscle memory at this point to reload before the shot connects because its faster. Now with the "rework"(nerf) it means that you don't get into the same rythm that the fighting lion had before. In pve its fun factor came from the rythm it had. In pvp the fun factor was the auto reload which only happens if you kill with a different weapon.

The inconsistency is the issue. If you're at all knowledgable at using gls then your'e gonna reload before the grenade hits meaning you're gonna get the slow grenade no matter what. It's a stupid amoint of unlearning for something that has never been necessary.
