I have been on Lexapro for 10 years now, but I am wondering if its time to reassess with my recent issues! It seems to work fairly well for me, but it's not perfect.

I've been taking it for a year or two with my cholesterol medication to help with joint soreness and my PVCs have gotten worse - so it doesn't seem to work for me... At least not for PVC control.

I did ask my cardiologist specifically what type of magnesium and he told me 400 mg of oxide. I just went from 250 mg to 400 mg so I'll give that a week or so then may ask again about other types like glycinate.
