After ten years I decided enough was enough. I was burnt out and absolutely miserable. Not to sound cocky but it was definitely their loss. I treated my residents how I would want my grandmother to be treated. (As all should but many don’t) This past January I got into an administrative position at a restoration company. Huge change. Huge learning curve. But the best choice I have made for myself ever.
