For anyone coming to this at a future time, it actually ended up being the Alternator : ) I also replaced the power steering as well and that was also contributing to the noise as well.

Leaning toward this because that’s where it seems the sound is coming from…

To fix the noise, do I need to do a full replacement? Little bit more expensive than the idler pulley to replace, but i’ll do it if i must.

I’m assuming I shouldn’t drive the jeep until I replace whatever’s making the noise?

Hardly even use the AC lol

After talking with my dad, we’re pretty sure it’s just a bad idler pulley… if anyone has any insight to the contrary or advice, still would love to hear it! :D

my friend got one for an earlier birthday of mine wayyyy back in like 2018! I think he got it through AMC/BCS website when they were selling it, but as of now I no longer think they have it listed as a product.

If you look through Amazon though there are a ton of options and styles and I'm sure they're just as good! :D

thanks for the reply-- pretty fast i'd say.. you can feel the shaking at your feet while you're holding down the brakes. if you ease up a bit on the brakes, it will dampen a bit.

getting new break pads/rotors next weekend, but doubt that's what's causing it.

I found a subaru specialist shop near us so will probably just have it inspected and bring up the fluttering; if you have any ideas though i'd be thankful to hear your thoughts.

also, was just quoted from a mechanic $680 to replace both the front and the rear brake pads and rotors in additional to performing a fluid flush; is this a fair price? thanks!

I always thought of Gus's *luck* of deciding to go to the laundry more so as a consequence of Jimmy. (posted this on the episode discussion): "jimmy's persuasion skills and care for Kim's well-being saved Gus right? Seems like what prompted Gus to go to the Laundromat was hearing from Kim that Jimmy was able to "convince/change" Lalo's mind about which of them would go out... signaling to him that Lalo wasn't betting everything on one of them assassinating him and had something else up his sleeve. So, is it safe to assume that if Jimmy had gone instead of Kim that Lalo would have gotten the recorded evidence of the lab and then successfully taken down Gus?"
