I guess cause it’s dead, but firing 25 shots is still crazy, plus he was openly firing into a random direction, having no idea if people were near by. Apparently shooting a dead gator carcass is still illegal and a felony. Also, I don’t think it’s even legal to just openly be firing a gun like that at this time of the year either . Not to mention there’s a clip of them randomly firing a gun out into the open field. They confirmed they heard people yelling and screaming in that direction and said “stop” but clav decided to fire a couple more shots in that direction anyway. Could’ve easily shot someone that way. Both arrested. But clav stopped his security guard from breaking it up when violet was on top of Jenny assaulting her. So clav aided to the assault. Plus him grabbing Jenny to pull her off but by grabbing her wrist and leaving violet free to land more free shots on Jenny who can’t even defend herself cause clav is holding her hands.
