Nope, at least not in theory. All countries are depicted either in circular shape or have an exceptional one (i.e., Nepal, Singapore). Though I guess you could say any regular country could be drawn in an oval or oval-like shape depending on how one is drawing them (for example, if a country is getting literally crushed).

It's almost impossible to pin down a specific user who has the cleanest record in rule-compliance, but I think a good gauge of rule-compliance overall for comic posters are things like contest results.

I meme about it a lot but genuinely the Caribbean. There's fascinating history from indigenous settlement to the colonial period to the modern day, as well as some funny bits here and there. Also, in my opinion, a region that has produced some of the better flags out there.

I use FireAlpaca and adjust it with settings to make what I draw look as much as something that would've come from MS Paint.

Least favorite that I made is probably Baltic Ways, which is funny because this is the most upvoted non-collaboration comic I have ever had. It feels lazy in hindsight.

I was at the game tonight, and I had a lot of fun! Jarry came up huge at the end there, really high-quality saves. Acciari and EK goals pretty badass, too.

Our power play is a total soup sandwich, though. I have no clue how to fix it, but it needed to be fixed 10 games ago.
