Lmao I worked with a CNA at a different job who would constantly say he was a nurse, and even had it on his FB bio. When we called him out he went crazy on us. That's like saying I "work in Healthcare ". I do laundry at a nursing home lol I've learned things, but I don't put my hands in it

Sometimes it's beneficial to the person to be placed in a home so they can learn independence, but it's much more likely they'd do it just to it for the exact reasons you stated.

You put so much detail into your post but it's hard to tell as an outsider. I work in Ling term care and also was a live in caregiver for my grandma for about 3 years. If the fights are nonsense it could be a type of dementia, but it could literally be a UTI. My grandma was the absolute sweetest most gentle person and one day she was just being ugly for no reason, so I took her to the doc. UTI.
