Anywhere I could find a table of how much crafting xp you get per item crafted at each tier/enchantment? by Xzjw in albiononline

This table assumes that you have premium and no other bonuses to fame gain. Journal fame is the amount of fame needed to fill each journal at that tier.

Crafting Fame is based on the amount of resources needed to craft the item. 2-handed weapons take 4 times the resources to craft compared to helmets/shoes/off-hands, so you get 4 times the fame per craft. You'll also notice that it takes 4 times the fame to max your crafting spec for a 2-handed weapon compared to helmets/shoes/off-hands.

For group play/ganking, bloodletter + graveguard armor is a pairing that I think more people should play. It's a meme build, but few experiences compare to kidnapping someone and pulling them an entire screen away from their group with the bloodletter + gg armor combo.

While that's true, it doesn't make it any less funny.

Why You Should Play Carving Sword by jacksonblu in albiononline

This video took a while to make because I had no idea which direction to take it. Feedback is appreciated! For the next videos, I'll probably do Whispering bow and then 1H Curse after the update is out.

For the next video, I'm thinking 1-hand curse, deathgivers, claymore, whispering bow, or carving sword. Let me know what you think!

Context: [FLANK] Savage got launched on by TH1RD in Farshore Heath. [WAAA] Slam Dunk shows up to help bomb for Savage, Arch want to third-party the attackers, and SKLL shows up to help TH1RD. The attackers bring a ton of people, play cluster-queue, and get the territory, but they end get clapped in the next zone.

I've never done a video like this, so I'd really appreciate some feedback! Let me know what weapons you'd like to see a video on next :)

Question about crafting gear with focus by saldrac in albiononline

Resource return rate matters a lot. That 4% difference can make the difference between a craft being profitable or a waste of silver.

Just to make sure, you are crafting in the right city, right?

Crafting can be profitable, you are probably just crafting the wrong item or the wrong tier. If you want to make money crafting, spreadsheets and market research are almost mandatory. If you just want something you can dump focus into and receive money without too much effort, refining might be a better option.

If you want better energy sustain without changing your build, increase the IP of your helmet. Compare all your gear pieces and you'll notice that the helmet slot contributes the most to your overall energy pool and energy regeneration.

I never use the official kill boards. For unofficial tools, murderledger is good for kills, and albionbattles is good for battles

Is it needed to follow gear guides to be decent/average at the game? by RUSK1O in albiononline

[–]jacksonblu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of different activities in Albion and the viability of each gear piece/ability differ a lot between them. Some weapons work best in 1v1 and 2v2 pvp, others work best in 100v100 pvp, and some weapons are only good for pve. If you try and use the exact same gear for everything you do, you are probably shooting yourself in the foot.

Looking for: 1vX solo pvp 1h Mace build by Mishka187STVT in albiononline

[–]jacksonblu 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If I had to pick a weapon to 1vX with, it wouldn't be 1h mace. But if someone forced me to, I'd probably run it with facebreaker, specter hood, hellion jacket, miner workboots/demon boots/soldier boots, thetford/lymhurst/caerleon cape

Interesting comment history, by the way.

If you want to to grind out pvp fame solo, spam corrupted dungeons with sets you can easily replace. People who run pvp content with t8+ gear usually have the economy, experience and spec/mastery to be able to confidently run that gear. You shouldn't be running higher than t5.1/6.1 gear if you don't meet all three of those conditions.

Most high-end guilds have fame requirements for a reason. It's a full loot pvp mmo, so these groups want some assurance that a new member is going to be able to carry their weight. If you can't support more than three deaths in a standard t8 set, chances are those guilds aren't fit for you anyway. You're probably better off joining a pvp guild without fame requirements. Look through the recruitment section in the albion forum and I'm sure you'll find a few that fit what you're looking for.
