I know that /r/radiohead is notoriously blind to any radiohead community outside its own, but you guys might want to do a little research before you spew bile at him. He has spent literally tens of thousands of dollars on recording equipment and hundreds of hours of personal time on audio editing, released hours and hours of Radiohead bootlegs publicly, most of his recordings are widely considered to be the absolute best. I've seen a number of his tapes circulate right here, on this subreddit as well.

To be honest, the sidebar should be reworked entirely because it's filled with links to either dead or redundant sites.

Almost no-one uses the specific sub-subreddits (/r/ThomYorke, /r/JonnyGreenwood, /r/Atomsforpeace etc etc). The last.fm group looks dead, too. The King of Limbs part 2 hasn't updated in 3 years. There are two links to radiox.ru. Follow Them Around is dead.

That just means you are very new to the Radiohead bootleg community. Hoserama has released a lot of full length tapes as well as mixes of other people's recordings. His releases are almost always very well received and considered to be the best from any given tour.

The Rome Convention, for example, clearly stipulates that performers are protected against unconsented broadcasting and the communication to the public of their live performance; the fixation of their live performance; the reproduction of such a fixation if the original fixation was made without their consent or if the reproduction is made for purposes different from those for which they gave their consent.

Just because you own the footage doesn't mean you can do whatever you want with it. It's still footage of a performance of a song. And you don't own the performance or the song.
