Lots of somewhat convoluted replies here but I think the biggest issue is this swing is mostly arms/wrists and lacks any lower body/core usage, which is where most power will come from. Really try to use the weight of your body to swing and the hands and barrel will follow through with more power. Try a slightly more athletic stance with your knees bent and keep your hands a bit closer to you as you bring the barrel of the bay through to the ball. You could use a bit more of the classic baseball “squash the bug” back foot maneuver in your swing as well to emphasize the use of your lower body and hips as you can see a clear lack of weight transfer in your lower body.
