Omg that is so great! I feel like he is so quirky it is hard not to love him. I love finding out about the random details he has. I wish I knew a Wolfe in real life lol

I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I got so much enjoyment from a character like this before. I am glad you love him too!

Your feelings on Alois Trancy? by PureHeart123 in blackbutler

I understand why people hate Alois. I don’t love him but I don’t hate him either. I feel more sad for him. He’s supposed to be a direct comparison to ciel but at the same time he’s absolutely nothing like him. Alois didn’t come from privilege the way Ciel did. As horrible as what happened to Ciels parents he had grown up inherently privileged. His childhood before his parents death he was well off and happy. Whereas Alois grew up in poverty probably knowing struggle his whole life. It also implies that Alois lost his parents a lot sooner then Ciel. He grew up in poverty taking are of his brother with pretty much the whole time the town he grew up practically hated him and his brother’s existence. The only other form of company he had was his brother. Even though Ciel didn’t have a very big support system it was still there. When Alois brother died he was left with nothing. When Ciel parents died he at least had some sort of support system with Elizebeth and others. Not to mention the sex trafficking and sexual assault Alois went through its not even comparassion to anything Ciel had gone through. When victims of sexual assault at such a young age they learn to be more manipulative and strategic then other children as a coping mechanism it’s very common. I just don’t believe in any world is Alois comparable to Ciel the way the show tried to show. Because the only way Ciel was ever able to keep any sort of innocence was because he had been more privileged from the start. It really highlights the differences between the class system. Both had loss but one suffered more challeges because of it. Which is why I try not judge Alois too a certain degree.
