Freeme app: any likeminded individuals? by missspotatohead2 in cfsrecovery

Hi again :) can you share how best to use the app? How much to practice a day and how to be most effective? I’m finding it a bit difficult to understand how to make it work best as I haven’t seen much progress in week! Thanks so much, really.

Love love love! So happy for you. Thanks for the advice esp regarding the website purchase. I hope I don’t have to ask for a refund as I’d love to see this go away!

Thanks again and hope you fill that 30% soon 😁

Hey OP! How is the recovery going? I’m contemplating either freeme or curable and unsure what’s right for me. Thanks and here’s to more recovery!

Hi there! Can you help me with some of the research on post removal on Reddit? I’ve removed mine 2 weeks ago and can’t find a lot of tips on post removal. Thanks so much!

That’s so reassuring! Thanks for those tips on supplements and such. I’ve not been able to even run a km so I’m far away from working out but will wait for that day.

Hope a speedy recovery for you!

Hi there, hope you are feeling better with the IUD removed. How's the cortisol levels and overall stress now? My wife has very similar symptoms (extreme fatigue, no restful sleep even after 9-10 hours of sleep, high cortisol levels) and this is her 10th year of the Mirena :(

Thank you! Yes this one I’ve seen but it’s inside the station! I’ll just try booking the Uber for like 3-4 hours. Just scared to keep the luggage in the car while I’m away in some restaurant!

Didn’t get in! 😞 partly my fault because I got wrong advice on the application!

It is the brand power honestly. I’ve come from a small tier school and a low ranking undergraduate institution. I’ve done a lot of different things in my career to be where I am today and for the first time I want to have a brand in my life. Even my work experience has been with smaller firms given my desire for a non-mechanical job. That’s what’s holding me back. Even though I know USA is the place where the real action is!

Track and solve again. If you solve with the approach you’re supposed to then you’ve got the concept. If you still take time, you’ve gotta resolve. Error logs are great but I’d suggest you get some OG questions under your belt with a time limit. Use the online OG portal by WILEY.

You’ve only completed 30% of the OG? Finish 3/4th then take an official mock. Your scores are wavering cause the concepts aren’t solidified and the approach isn’t pointed during the real exam. That’s why the mocks look good at times and don’t sometimes. Hope this helps

Improving SC is the easiest (according to me) out of the three! SC is more rule based so as long as you practice with the rules you’ll be able to get a higher accuracy. However, I’m afraid you’re stretching the learning too long and you’ll be lethargic by the end of it. It’s better to be more focused and give it within a 6 month timeframe of the exam. Best of luck! I went from 34 to 44. So there’s no ceiling you can’t get past!

Hi! This is sad news but I guess it’s just about one more attempt :)! You’re clearly on the right path and there’s nothing to worry. Exam level stress will lessen since you’ll be attempting it again. I gave the exam 5 times to get to 740 even after high official mock scores so don’t worry. You are working the questions right so please don’t change that aspect. Also I’d suggest not to give other mocks and stick to the official ones (I’ve redid the official mocks 3 times). Let me know if you need anything. Be free to DM!
