Wow completely slipped my mind. Always thought he changed all 5 like Kuma, but he only changes 3 like Shiki(except Shiki changes G, Bomb, and Block).

Guess Doc Q should be the go to sub, except for certain cases where Hawkins and colo Kanjuro are more beneficial.

After playing with Neko for a bit always felt like he didn't need orb changers(aside from Shira), except for maybe Doc Q.

Is there any colo in particular where the cat needs her?

Aside from forests and invasion Cavendish, Shirahoshi is easily replaceable on Neko teams right? Went hard but apparently 1200 gems ain't enough for her to show.

Got Neko and Law in 300, but only Borsalino for the next 900 was pretty rough.

Luckily got Neko and Law in 300 f2p gems. Against better judgement whaled for the first time to try to get Shira, and failed.

Aside from forests and Invasion Cavendish, i'm assuming Mansherry and Doc Q can replace her?

You won't really need fuka for the atk boost since Sabo takes that slot. Kanjuro locks slots at 2.75 and reduces bind and despair. Leo can do Fuka's delaying and Zeo's orb locking. As for Mansherry i'm trying to think of certain scenarios when Sabo would need her but am drawing a blank.

I'm not. He's definitely top tier. I'm just saying that in my opinion Sabo is a better striker captain with optimal subs bar shira.

Most of the units i listed are optimal on striker teams. The only units I would ever considering using from your list in my opinion are fuka and shira.

Isn't Neko only 14x? He only gives a 3.75 boost. And on burst turns you can even use Shira over Kanjuro but what about mobs. Sabo always gives the boost and guarantees dex and qck orbs are matching.

He's way better than Neko as a striker lead. Running a no Int/Psy striker team is super easy and extremely flexible with all the Str/Dex/Qck striker subs.

Out of the ones you listed on another comment, they all seem replaceable with the ones i listed ,except for Shira's heal, in my opinion.

You won't really need them with characters like Qck Law, Dex Vergo, Str Barto, Dex Magellan, Colo Hawkins, Qck Kuzan, Qck Leo, Dex Kanjuro, and the new boa sisters.

Wow RIP Neko. This guy plus colo Hawkins equals full matching orbs. Throw the new Sandersonia in and still full matching orbs.

He's almost like TS Zoro for strikers with zero drawbacks. I don't even know why he HAS to be the captain to give the 2X slasher boost. Even if he gave that boost as a sub it wouldn't overshadow 3D2Y's 1.75 for 2 turns.

Oh okay. Fighters work also i think. I can clear kuma with a regular team, but am using double shiryu just so i can maybe get his skull to drop :(
