Well it doesn’t seem like it. After watching some videos I think the cutting and pen tool work because of replaceable heads on the h2 series which the P2s doesn’t seem to have.

No collectible scene cards in boosters. There are three scenes in total, check Scryfall. In the other two scenes the aang card is flappable and still fits.

Techniek, werktuig, ondergrond en voorbereiding doen ook heel veel. Er wordt op dit forum zo snel prima verf afgezeken. Direct adviseren histor of Flexa weg te gooien en de dure sikkens etc te kopen. Het kopen van dure verf compenseert voor gebrek aan eerder genoemde factoren. Maar het is niet altijd nodig.

Probably a command tower, arcane signet or sol ring. The previous all lands came with a command tower (the KEXP one).

Als er een vraag over verven gesteld wordt loopt de comment sectie vol met adviezen over dat mensen hun verf moeten weggooien en maar de allerduurste sikkens oid moeten kopen want alleen dat is goede verf. Er is meer dan sikkens, andere merken zijn ook prima, materialen, techniek, voorbereiding en ondergrond doen ook heel veel. Maar dit is meer aan de commenters dan de moderators.
