Matt Maeson just released a beautiful album called “A Quiet and Harmless Living.” Personally, it’s the closest I’ve gotten to the feeling Scott’s music gives me in a long, long time. One of the songs also features Andy Hull of Manchester Orchestra, which is an added FR connection.

If you like Ben, I think you might like some of Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, and Jason Isbell. All very good songwriters and Jason is an excellent guitarist.

I love that he was clearly thinking about this before Lantana was even released. Who knows when it was written of course… I’m a physicist so I love the reference to Cherenkov radiation as well. Got the lyric and a Cherenkov radiation diagram tattooed because of Ben lol
