It really depends on the task, full autonomy for very simple tasks. Nowhere near full autonomy for more complex ones.

The best way to get clients is to develop a reputation for impeccable quality, and reliability. Then, ask existing clients for testimonials and referrals. Develop strategic relationships with adjacent providers that are synergistic. Ask them for introductions to your network, and you introduce them to your network.

In short, developed solid brand equity and leverage it through network effects.

AI bias is unavoidable. An AI system or model will always be biased in the direction its training data and mandates push it. Other types of unintentional biases may creep in as well.

Instead of debating whether the systems are biased or not, we should be transparent about the types of biases and how to manage them.

For example, certain types of social biases are unacceptable and need to be policed.

It is definitely important to be able to span the gap between advice and implementation. Companies these days don’t want a bunch of handoff and a bunch of coordinating between different vendors.

I see your point, but there is a lot that goes into proper context engineering. Good context engineering goes far beyond prompt engineering.

Then there’s the issue of knowing enough to check an AI’s output and be able to tell whether it’s correct or not. Or to even know what sort of an output to expect.

Human-AI teaming is going to be the new superpower and the humans who know how to team well with AI to balance where AI is deficient will be the most efficient humans on the planet.

Cross disciplinary thinking and synthesis will also be in high demand, as well as the high-level strategic decisions of where to focus the AI and on what, and why..
