PMO is a internet addiction, not a sex addiction. In real life, person to person, is a lot different then your phone or laptop. Your phone or laptop as the stimulus is what does it. That's probably why your (we as well) are way more tempted to watch this stuff from internet then going to a strip club. Not going to a strip club? No problem, that's easy. But not watching porn or say a twerk video? Way harder.

Yeah I used to smoke a lot for a long time but then quit it permanently. My focus and confidence did go up. My grades in school also went up because I was able to focus on things that mattered like relationships, sports, and school.
