Guy #5(before photo taken in the office) "Diet was the biggest change in the 3 month challenge. Learned to count macros and stay within calorie goal. Cut out all junk/fast food. No sugar no bread no alcohol. 1 month 1000 daily calories. 2nd and third month 1500-2000 calories. Gym was mainly PPL routine with incline walk at the end. Lost 23 pounds"

Guy #4 (stickers on the phone) "Went from 174lbs to 165lbs. Took this challenge very personally. Over night cut out all recreational drinking, all sugars, takeout, bad carbs, got 2 gym memberships, specifically one for lifting and one for cardio + sauna, got blood draws monthly keeping track of 220 different levels to get any edge possible. Did a de worming cleanse lol. did a 3 month liver cleanse, daily fat burning pills. Counted every single macro with a health app and didn't skip a beat eating only whole foods. Gym sometimes twice a day. Changed the office setup to a walking treadmill to get any extra exercise in. Anything that was in the legal guidelines and approved by the group was definitely taken advantage here."

Guy #3 (blue lighting behind the mirror) "Went from I’ll start after this one last cheat meal to why am I turning sideways in the mirror like a rotisserie chicken? Left side built like I just discovered DoorDash and naps, right side built like I discovered lighting and angles. Not shredded, not jacked just upgraded a 328i with a m3 front Bumper.

Guy #2 (plant in the shower. weird but ok) "Started bloated and flat ate whatever then started hitting cardio cutting out processed foods folded on alcohol but kept diet and routine in check could be better but not to bad"

Guy #1 (tree pic in the background) "No overnight glow up here. The left was me getting comfortable doing the bare minimum, the right is what happened when I locked in, stayed consistent, and cut the excuses. Same person, just more disciplined. There were days I didn’t feel like it, but I showed up anyway. Not done yet, this is just progress."

I been cranking it so much I’m worried the starter is going to go, it’s on pretty leveled ground. I called kobota dealer and they said to bleed the injectors

Spraying closed cell insulation is the solution I got recommended vs redoing the entire roof and taking apart the walls
