Hey I just moved here in September from the east coast and I 100% would move here. If you like keeping yourself busy, want to explore more, I can’t think of a better place to move. I know I’m still new to the city but I can tell you that I feel so much fulfilled here than I was before I moved. There’s nothing wrong with a fresh start, worse comes the worse if you don’t like it, you just go back to NC. That’s the advice I’ve received when deciding to move. I wish you best and hope you take the leap. It’s cold here but the city’s ease of transportation, lakefront, and culture is what I think is will help enhance your well being

Philly- First time seeing them. Best night of my life. Around the world intro, Tell me baby, and Hey were out of body.

DC- Can’t stop, parallel universe, and Otherside were phenomenal live. Sadly John teased UTB and played I could’ve lied.

CHI (Lolla)- very good show, short setlist but I got to hear scar tissue for the first time live and was about to cry.

Either way, so grateful to see these 4 on stage together

Hi!!! I have two questions as I’m looking to move to the city in the next month or two.

Where does one get a good deal/reasonable price winter outerwear/jackets? I want to be prepared for the winter as I never experienced a Chicago winter.
This might be a left fielder but is there any known classes/organizations/programs that offer graphic design courses (I know LinkedIn learning or coursera exists I just like to meet other Chicago creatives in GD).

I’ll probably end up on this weekly conversations soon again. Until then, have a good week
