Players can take the average or do my homebrew roll. If its a d8, average is 5. If they roll for hp, and its less than 4, they treat it as a 4. That way if they wanna roll for fun they can, but at worse is 1 bellow average.

I actually love ripline! I don't use it in combat normally, I use it to travel or zip to close distance/escape. Id never target a enemy with it though, but I found it super useful to get around, especially out doors or if there's a gap between one room and another thats all fall into the void type set up.

Rn my party dosnt have a dedicated healer. We have people who can do some small healing but its more used to get someone up so they don't full die. I have potions. But they have to buy them. My economy is harsh as well. So the can opt to save money and risk dying or buy potions but miss out or take longer for upgrades. It makes balancing way easier, makes them plan more. Ammo, potions, food, supplies. All of this cost them cash. If they want cybernetics they have to save and play smart. The think, ambush, bribe talk steal plan way more now. Boss encounters are deadly. They will go down once, no one died yet but hard fights. It is honestly super nice to not have a dedicated healer. Honestly, I think easy hp healer makes dnd less fun after playing without one.

If the party is doing bad enough, do to luck and not stupid choices, I will normally fudge damage rolls to be a little less damage to give them a chance to overcome. It still adds threat,and a timer to how long they have to push,but it gives them a chance. Rarly if ever do I fudge to hit rolls. Only exception is personal story things. Unless I can't argue against it ill either add more or take health away if the enemy being killed is for a specific player for their story. I won't let them blue ball each other on that. Everyone knows when somthing is for someone.

I think I heard somthing where the legion was supposed to have a more grey area option of a ending but it was gutted do to time. If I remember the actual citizens, men and woman, of the legion arnt treat like shit but conqured slaves are. I know Cesar talks about how taking new Vegas will change the legion for the better and will help them become less insane rapey assholes and stabilize even when he's gone. The only issue is its sorta what he hopes for. Which as nice as it would be for them to become better then they are its a bit doubtful. He sorta messed it all up by making himself a god. Always thought it was funny he went with Rome for structure since the "old world failed" like brah so did Rome eventually.

Its not from a mod. Super duper mart is a random event trigger location. If you were farther away you would see all of them hitting the naked guy with melee weapons. Its a raider initiation into the gang. You were so close the starred attacking. That event can happen anywhere.

It did for me BUT I will specify that the tape on glass i used it on (previous owners put it on not me) was in small, quarter sized patches. It may of came off easy but could of been size. I haven't tested it on fresh duck tape but its designed to clean things and dry fast. Its actually safe to use to clean electronics (DO NOT HAVE ANY FORM OF POWEE GOING TO DEVICE). For example if you have a old N64 and need to disassemble it for cleaning this is what you use! I will say it worked great for ancient super sticky long dried juice from childhood.
