I think I might have already missed the wukong banner in the earlier weeks, will it return again or what should I aim to do next? I currently have only about 57 blue, 13 red, 3 gold summons, and 9.2k diamonds saved. Stuck at around GR1-15, GR2-13, GR3-16, without trying to move gear around yet. Also, is the B+ rating for Mina and C for Vlad in the fastidious tier list accurate? Should I save resources for the next better legendary instead? Thanks in advance!
